I really needed someone to motivate me and to keep me on track and yourself and the members of this group really helped me. I'm so freaking happy with the results. I'm going to keep integrating KB to my workouts now and will carry on with my macros."

Lost 10 Lbs
LOST TEN POUNDS IN EIGHT WEEKS! “She made me work, and I got results! I lost a total of 10 lbs, 3.5 chest/bust inches, 4.5 waist, and 4.5 hips. Filling out the Google sheet was definitely worth it in tracking my progress. And clearly Elan’s kettlebell blast is working for me, and I am going to sign up for her continuation workouts!”

 

I just took my "After" shots. I have collarbones! Even though my weight didn't change a lot during the shred (wasn't my goal) I leaned out quite a bit, and added definition which was the goal, and will continue to be the goal. Elan, you are a life-changer! Thank you so much!

FEELING STRONG, LOST FAT, AND GAINED MUSCLE I think you can tell that I’ve lost some inches . . . I’m very happy with my progress and the changes I’ve made so far! Thank you so much Elan, I really couldn’t have done it without you! You really helped me out with my diet and kept the workouts fun and challenging, I especially loved trying to beat your workout times:-P I’ll miss this little group here!
